Brick Sessions

Just in time for the start of season, we are arranging a series of Turbo Brick sessions on Wednesday evenings during April.  The aim is to practice Bike to Run transitions, overcome the jelly legs and get into the right shape for those early season races.  Sessions will be from 19:30-20:30 in the Pump House at the Kings Centre and cost £3 per session and start on Wednesday 6th April.  You will need a Turbo, Bike, running shoes, drink and enthusiasm!  Sessions will be coached by a team of experts to provide individual guidance and tips and can be as easy (or hard) as you want to make it.
