For the next Novices (aimed at novices and those seeking an easy ride but all members are welcome) bike ride, I plan to start from railway station car park at 9am on Sunday 23rd November. There will be 30 mins of coached skills then off for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours cycling. I hope to head towards Lingfield.

I would like participants to be kitted up and ready to start session promptly at 9am. We will aim to return for 11.30. then coffee and cakes for those who want at Bluebells.

If you are planning on attending, it would be helpful if you could please let me know.

I hope you can make it.

Joan

Report from previous ride:

On Sunday 26th October, a group of novice (and not so novice) cyclists made the most of the good weather and headed off for an easy ride. After leaving East Grinstead the group headed on minor roads North to Lingfield and beyond before turning back and returning via Baldwins Hill. A respectable 17 miles were covered in a sedate 1.5 hours. Joining the ride were Miranda Chitty, Helen Fairs, Annie Sedgewick, Alex Lingridge, Jeff Smith, Tony O'Brien, Lorraine Cowell and Mike Cowell. The morning was rounded off by tea and brunch in Bluebells.
