All swimming is light, weather & water temperature permitting.

£8.00 - initial mandatory NOWCA (National Open Water Coaching Association) “sign up”.

I declare that to the best of my knowledge I am fit to compete in this event. I enter at my own risk and agree that the organisers shall not be liable for any accident, injury, loss or damage, resulting from my participation. 

East Grinstead Christmas Party Rules:

Our event is organised in accordance with the rules of the National Flavoured Vodka Association (NFVA). You must be a member of the NFVA in order to take part in this event. Annual members will be required to produce their annual licence at the party or required to pay for a day licence. For non-members the day membership is included in the entry fee. People joining the NFVA since they entered the event will be refunded the cost of a day licence on production of their annual licence. The benefits of membership can be found at the NFVA Website.

Conditions of Entry:

  • I will abide by the rules of competition of the NFVA 

Refunds Policy:

  • If you withdraw from the event prior to 1st November 2016 a full refund will be given less a 5% administration charge.
  • Withdrawals from the event on or after 1st November2016 will not be eligible for refund or deferral under any circumstances.

Entries may be transferred to another drunkard prior to 1st November 2016 without charge. No transfers will be allowed on or after 1st November 2016.
