Usual rules apply – must do one of each discipline to qualify with multi-events only counting as one of whichever you choose i.e. Swim/run can be either your qualifying swim or run but not both!

Prize for winner of each event plus Chairman’s Special Prize at his discretion!

Overall winners get trophies at AGM
